Bent Mountain Springs Counseling LLC

I know the importance of building rapport and a therapeutic relationship “trust” with my clients. I take a non-judgmental supportive approach and have experience working with a diverse population. Together my goal is to help support you through the current challenges/struggles you face and to truly hear you and assist you in reaching a positive place.

Here is a little bit about me and my work, so that you can decide if you think we would work well together. I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy to clients age (8 and up) addressing a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, anger management, grief & loss, family issues, trauma, addiction, and PTSD.

One area of specialty that sets me apart from other therapists is that I am a certified school psychologist, which has given me insight into the many academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of adolescents. I meet my clients where they are at and individualize therapy to meet their needs. I also provide clinical supervision for those seeking LPC and LPCMH in PA & DE.

I am offering Telehealth, hybrid, and in person sessions. In person sessions are at my counseling office: 5 Christy Drive Chadds Ford, PA 19317.

It is important for clients to know Telehealth is not for everyone. The individual needs to want to be in therapy, motivated, and not be in crisis.

National Suicide Prevention & Crisis Lifeline 988. National Crisis text line is 741-741

My current rates are $160 for the initial intake session and $140 for individual in-person and Telehealth sessions.  I currently do not accept insurance, but can provide you a super bill as an out of network provider. Please reach out to your insurance company to verify out of network costs based on your individual plan.  I do accept cash, credit card, and HSA.
