I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and authentic connection is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, supportive, and collaborative. I work to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we identify challenges, explore strengths, and work toward greater emotional well-being and resilience.
I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for clients ages 10 and up, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, anger management, grief and loss, family conflict, sports, trauma, addiction, and PTSD. I meet clients exactly where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. Please keep in mind I only offer telehealth at this time, and that telehealth is not applicable for everyone.
One area that sets me apart is my background as a Certified School Psychologist, which allows me to understand the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and their families, and I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate educational systems, executive functioning challenges, and identity development.
I support young athletes and their families in managing sport-related stressors, including anxiety, performance pressure, emotional regulation, and balancing athletics with daily life.
In addition to therapy, I provide ADHD screening reports, and clinical supervision for those pursuing LPC and LPCMH licensure in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
ADHD screening reports current cash rate is $250.
Many insurance plans cover ADHD screening and evaluation reports provided via secure telehealth services when they are considered medically necessary. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s important to verify your individual insurance benefits. Some plans may require pre-authorization, use of in-network providers, or have applicable copays and deductibles. While many insurers recognize Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) for telehealth-based ADHD assessments, others may have specific provider or assessment requirements. I encourage clients to contact their insurance provider in advance to confirm Telehealth coverage and eligibility before scheduling an appointment.
I currently only offer Telehealth/remote sessions.
I am now accepting insurance through my EHR platforms through Headway and GROW, in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia. Please click on the following link:
It is important for clients to know Telehealth is not for everyone. The individual needs to want to be in therapy, motivated, and not be in crisis.
National Suicide Prevention & Crisis Lifeline 988. National Crisis text line is 741-741

For clients who chose cash only, I can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please check with your insurance company to understand your specific out-of-network benefits.
